Placing your order
Once you have placed your order, we will review it and make sure we have all the information required to send it through to you by the delivery times we have noted under delivery times.
All products must be paid for as you place your order, full payment is required. We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. We use a fully authorized payment service which ensures your payment information is confidential and secure. We will send you confirmation of your order and payment. If you do not receive confirmation, your order may not have been processed. Please contact us should this occur.
We will endeavor to make sure the cheeses you have selected are supplied, however at times the cheeses are out of stock or not suitable to send, our cheese maker will choose a suitable alternative for the same monetary value. If you prefer to not have a substitution cheese please tell us as you place your order.
It is super important to us that you receive your cheese in the best condition. Kris Lloyd Artisan takes pride in the quality of the products we produce.
In order to get the best out of your beautiful cheese hamper make sure you open it as soon as it arrives to let it breathe and also make sure you check all the the products and refrigerate cheese on arrival.
If there are any issues please call us on (08) 8389 7877, even if it is out of business hours. Please leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP. We encourage you to take a photo of any product that does not look right and email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to correct it for you. We can offer you a replacement order or refund your money.
Should the box arrive damaged please inform us immediately and please email photos to illustrate this. Damage or deterioration after delivery cannot be accepted unless we are informed upon receipt of the cheese hamper.
We do not accept responsibility for:
- Deliveries to incorrect addresses
- Deliveries where someone has gone away
- Deliveries that are not opened
No perishable products should be returned however we may ask you to return non-perishable and we will reimburse you for the postage.
Expected delivery times:
- Adelaide metro 3-10 working days
- NSW & VIC metro 3-10 working days
- QLD & WA metro 3-10 working days
- Northern Territory metro 3-10 working days
Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, Kris Lloyd Artisan will:
- Use reasonable endeavors to deliver the order as per the selected delivery date.
- Use an overnight courier for delivery, some regional parts of Australia can take longer to arrive. We pack your order in a special box with ice packs to make sure it arrives in the best condition.
- In the event of extreme heat, we will hold off your delivery until we feel the weather conditions are suitable.
- Do our best to deliver on the date you have requested but at busy times of the year delivery times can be extended.
Please make sure that delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address.
It is best if someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, but we can arrange for the couriers to leave the parcel safely without a signature.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Kris Lloyd Artisan reserves the right to cancel or not accept orders. If you wish to cancel your order we will require notification within 24 hours.
Credit card numbers are not retained after payment has been received.
We retain details necessary for successful fulfillment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes, for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient.
