Mystery Cheese – Approx 150g
We want to surprise and delight you every-time you open your cheese club delivery! Each of our season pass deliveries will include a mystery cheese, we love surprises and hope you do too!

Lemon Myrtle Chevre – 150g
ZING! Lemon Myrtle is a fresh, lactic goats milk chevre, rolled in South Australian lemon myrtle complementing the natural acidity of the cheese giving it a citrus ZING.
This cheese is perfect on its own, get some nice sturdy crackers and just dive in – cutlery required.
Beverage: We recommend a dry white win, like the Jericho 2019 Adelaide Hills Fiano.
Patrice – 180g
Made with local Jersey Cow milk, Patrice is a triple cream brie with voluptuous creaminess. A decadent treat on a cheeseboard.
Starting with an initial sweetness the complexity of white mould and other yeasts give the cheese character. Finishing with a luxurious and lingering buttery paste.
Try it with honey or quince paste to cut the creaminess!
Beverage: A heavy red like Shiraz or Cabernet!
Buff Curd – 200g
We source our buffalo milk from South Australia’s only buffalo dairy in Mypolonga. The small herd of around 40 or so Riverine Buffalo means we have excellent control over animal health and the milk quality.
Curd is set overnight to make this fresh cheese in a traditional lactic set, not unlike yoghurt. The curd is drained quickly given the milk solids in buffalo milk can be up to 18%, once drained the curd is lightly seasoned and packaged immediately.
We produce our curd in small batches to ensure it is always fresh. This cheese should be creamy, light and almost fluffy in texture.
I love it smothered over hot crusty bread and ….my absolute favourite is lashings of it on top of piping hot baked potatoes that are wrapped in prosciutto!
Beverage: Best enjoyed with a sneaky little local beer, try Mismatch Pale.
Bush Buff – 150g
We source our buffalo milk from South Australia’s only buffalo dairy in Mypolonga. All the milk produced by the dairy is exclusive to Kris Lloyd – Artisan. The small herd of around 20 or so Riverine Buffalo means we have excellent control over animal health and the milk quality.
My love of outback-indigenous ingredients brought this marriage of fresh buffalo cheese and smokey outback bush tomato together. Indigenous to South Australia, a bush tomato is almost like a plump raisin when fresh. These special little fruits are dried and then gently smoked to create a unique flavour that works so well with the rich, creamy, rounded flavour of the buffalo fresh cheese.
I love it on a cheese board with a fruity red wine, or smothered over hot crusty bread and ….my absolute favourite is lashings of it on top of piping hot baked potatoes!
Beverage: Go red or go home! From a light pinot noir to a big beefy shiraz!
Beetroot & Horseradish Relish – 235g
Not a fan of sweet condiments? This relish is designed for cheese lovers (like our Head Cheesemaker Kris Lloyd!) who have more of a ‘savoury tooth’. Tangy horseradish flavours round out the relish. Great with any of the cheeses in this hamper!
We are also including a 100g packet of our locally made crackers in this month’s pack so you can tuck in as soon as your delivery arrives!
