G & C is a smooth and creamy cheddar blended with local South Australian Gin – the one we used in our tasting was Kangaroo Island Spirits WILD GIN we paired this with Symphony No. 9 tea. Made up of Mo Li Long Zhu Lu Cha (Jasmine Pearls/ Buddha’s Tears) from Fuding in Fujian Province, CHINA. This is a Premium organic white and green tea aromatised with Jasmine and hand-rolled into balls.
These tiny little balls of flavour come alive when brewed, we watched them gently unravel and become aromatic … WOW this pairing excited us both so much. It was a little like eating and drinking a delicate bouquet of flowers, gorgeous floral notes did a little dance in our mouth!
