Made to a traditional recipe taught to us by a Swiss cheese maker, you will love this creamy cheese that can also be eaten when young. Camembert always has a place on the cheese board, we like to team it up with some of our honeycomb for a match made in heaven and perhaps add a touch of sparkling wine for the complete package.
