BUFFALO PERSIAN FETA 1kg
Our Buffalo Persian Feta is set overnight to make this fresh cheese in a traditional lactic set, not unlike yoghurt. Each jar has a selection of herbs added to the cheese before we fill with a blend of vegetable and olive oil.
We recommend Buffalo Persian Feta crumbled on top of salads, bruschetta, or other dishes as a creamier alternative to Goat feta. It can also simply be served with warm crusty bread for maximum effect.
